To me this is like macro photography. You can look at a salt shaker with your normal lens, and then switch to a macro. A whole new world arises…and the commonplace is no longer normal. It is fascinating, fresh and wonderful subject matter.
Great example Eric! I find that often the shadows created by different lighting situations makes the ordinary become extraordinary…
